Job Summary:
PBI is seeking a dependable Plumbing Helper to support licensed plumbing technicians with daily job responsibilities. This position is well suited for individuals interested in learning the plumbing trade through hands-on experience and structured on-the-job training. Prior plumbing experience is not required.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist plumbing technicians with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites
- Support basic plumbing tasks under supervision
- Communicate effectively with technicians and supervisors
- Load and unload trucks and haul and hoist materials
- Maintain required housekeeping in assigned work areas
- Attend company meetings, trainings and events
- Adhere to, and enforce PBI core values, policies and standard operating procedures
- Learn and comply with local and state plumbing codes and specifications, as well as manufacturer specifications for all materials use and standard operating procedures

Carrying heavy objects up multiple stairs, climbing ladders and working in tight spaces, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable & Receivable Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s financial transactions to ensure sound financial standing. The main responsibilities of this role are processing payments for vendors, maintaining accounts in good standing, performing account reconciliations, keeping records of financial transactions and files, conducting quality assurance for invoices and maintaining a positive relationship with vendors and clients. Individuals must be proficient in mathematical skills, detail oriented and possess strong skills of accuracy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks: manage and track payments, create and process invoices and verify financial information. Reconcile statements, process payments, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Data Entry & Analysis: key and reconcile vendor’s invoices and statements including credit card accounts, monthly insurance billing, work orders and purchase orders. Analize contracts to match negotiation agreements.
- Manage accounts: manage certificates of insurance, W9’s, track back-charges and address discrepancies with relevant parties, resolve financial discrepancies, issues with payments or data missing. Convert pre-bill estimates to invoices as needed. Submit invoices and request to purchasing, payable, or clients for processing accordingly.
- Generate and submit financial requests & reports: create estimates using QuickBooks, submit invoices to clients and follow up daily for payment status, provide data or reports on account status and generate follow up communications
- Record keeping: file financial documentation including packing slips, W9’s, purchase orders, invoices, estimates and financial statements.
- Maintain professional relationships: fostering healthy professional relationships with clients and team members. Ensure continuous written and verbal communications.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Account Payable/Account Receivable related role required
- Associates degree or greater in a related field preferred (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Construction Management)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing materials, fixtures, and pricing preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office suite preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy

Job Summary:
The IT Support Technician will play a key role in providing technical assistance to team members across our organization, resolving issues with computer hardware, software and networks, and ensuring users can operate properly with minimal disruption. Individuals must have a solid understanding of software and hardware technologies, networks, operating systems, and applications, with the ability to navigate company software’s’ and perform with technical expertise to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
This role requires excellent communication skills to deliver instructions efficiently to individuals with a variety level of technical knowledge, including the ability to conduct one-on-one training and provide guidance with equipment and application use. This is an on-site role, reporting to the office on a daily basis and it will require driving to different company locations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
- Offer technical support to field, office and remote team members daily. Provide deskside or remote support ensuring that users have as little down time as possible.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems (Windows, iOS), VPN, email, and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365).
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage OS Ticket requests; set up new user workstations, set up & update I-pads, process onboarding and offboarding requests, assist with broken applications, and others, per requested parameters set forth in OS Ticket submissions.
- Offer daily support to field, office and remote team members, provide deskside or remote support ensuring that users have as little down time as possible.
- Assist with occasional 911 IT issues within or outside of business hours.
- Conduct troubleshooting and escalate issues to IT team members as needed, follow up with issues until fully resolved.
Account Management:
- Keep record of IT documentation; invoices, training documentation, records of equipment damage or loss, equipment available, equipment assigned to users, and others.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory and other systems.
- Support IT security protocols including MFA, phishing awareness, and patch compliance.
Equipment Procurement and Hardening:
- Work with suppliers such as GHA to efficiently acquire necessary equipment.
- Manage IT inventory, including maintaining appropriate amounts of equipment in stock; PCs, iPad, Monitors, CLAs, Keyboards, Mice, Cables and others.
IT Ticketing & Application:
- Document OS Tickets for all IT related communications and monitor ticket life cycle to make sure all relevant notes are added, and the tickets are closed in a timely fashion.
- Maintain User accounts in all supported applications and update contact as needed.
Training:
- Prepare and distribute training documentation, schedule and conduct one on one training sessions for all PBI personnel and announce any new published items to PBI team members as needed.
- Become the in-house expert on the company assigned IT applications.
General:
- Learn and keep up to date with IT related topics to improve technical support; conduct research, follow and create SOPs and study IT related applications and equipment.
- Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and audits.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar IT Support role, IT related certification or previous training in IT.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose, identify and resolve technical issues.
- Basic knowledge of network configurations, common software applications, mobile devices, computer hardware, software, operating systems and IT equipment troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate effectively, train non-technical IT users and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work in both office and field environments, adapting to the demands of each setting.
- Availability to work 100% on site, with the ability to drive to different locations, must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Construction Safety Specialist

Job Summary:
The Construction Safety Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing company’s employee safety at work. The main duty is to ensure that the company is in compliance and adheres to Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA) guidelines. Enforcing policies, and evaluating practices and facilities to ensure compliance with legal guidelines. Manage communication with builders, OSHA personnel and company management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure that everyone involved in any given project complies with company and OSHA standards, as well as the OSHA 1926.
- Conduct field safety audits including warehouse and office, check for safety/health hazards and compliance with OSHA standards.
- Complete inspection reports, provide safety orientation, training and coaching to support field management with safety related matters.
- Maintain and update the Safety & Loss Program and SDS catalog as needed.
- Create monthly safety agendas for field management and keep track and record of attendance.
- Reviewing, acknowledging Builder client safety requirements.
- Monitor and log safety checks and safety violations. Track safety violations written by Builders to ensure write ups are completed and behavior corrective conversations are had.
- Review jobsite Incident Investigation Reports and Injury Reports, following up on the extent of the injury. Evaluate information, offer orientation for prevention and share information with builder of that community.
- Meet with OSHA onsite in the event of a compliance inspection.
- Approve PPE for purchase base on regulations, quality, comfort, style and cost.
- Keep track of pre-trip inspections vehicles to ensure these are completed.
- Monitor emergency lighting check, fire extinguisher and coordinate annual fire drill.
- Attend to meetings
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience in safety management; risk assessment, administrative policies and procedures, data analysis, planning, leadership, conflict management and problem solving skills.
